Thanks for this video. I’m not a derby skater, but I always lean more towards watching essential derby skill videos for my outdoor and indoor rec skating. I like learning correct form and technique. Trying to beef up my crossover skills using both legs and not favoring one side.

I love this video! 👍🏽 I’m an outdoor rec skater, adding it to my basics playlist. Really incorporating my balancing on skates into my leg workouts. I noticed how weak I was when coming to a glide for a t-stop. Doing both on and off skate. Thanks for this 😉
