If youre good zooming can actually help get better crosshair placement, its really personal preference.

I always go out of my way and do that, and even approach from specific angles the bomber doesn't have gunners firing towards. Usually frontally unless it's a B-25 or something that has a lot of offensive armament.

Too much speed. Cant tell how much as he is using knots.. I would understand miles and kilometers per hour.

knots are about 1 to 1.15 mph so at 157 knots he was doing roughly 180mph which is way too fast for gears and flaps down lol

Overspeed especially early British planes has very low flaps and landing gear max speed limit. Actually tho its way higher but somehow Gaijin decided to make the British planes like this.

What the other guy said about T-4-1, and learn to distinguish plane types. Also look out for the roundels on the wings, or the direction the planes come from. After a while you end up knowing where your team is, and where the enemy is

​@@lukrowany_lui4732 Sometimes you say your location while chasing a plane to see if they respond with theirs thus letting you know they're allies but they don't respond. I get so mad makes me want to friendly fire after I spend a long time chasing a friendly.

Yes I use a "joystick" (it's a Switch Pro controller) I use facetrack as I have been without VR for a while.

Well, don't believe so, all trim is set up by the player, elevator trim is adjustable but aileron trim is not, it favors turning to the left but not to aggressively

i think all planes have auto trim and if it doesn't then it means there is no trim available. its a key bind so you press a button when stabilized to set it but id suggest not doing this bcuz for mouse joystick mode its actually easier to manually comp for drift and prop torque so you always know what the plane wants to do. if you ever tried mouse joystick in arcade You'll understand why the trim just doesn't jive with the control mode and you're all over the place bcuz there's no offset. once you go sim you never want to play anything else

@@aceholyfrags6559 the auto trim does both i have mine set to shift, are you using full on individual trimming?

Well it's possible, at the time you couldn't trim the aileron on the 190 and now I guess you can, at the time I made this video I used autotrim mapped to one of my buttons, it's possible that's why I said one couldn't, I honestly haven't check.​@@TommTooTone

You should trim your aircraft in test flight and then save it. It will be trimmed in battle.

There are sunset maps, and low light maps. I wouldn't say night but pretty close.

It'd be tough to implement. Apparently night fighting really only happened with twin engine fighters intercepting bombers, and they had to be guided by ground radar within arm's reach before they could even spot large bombers. I don't think it would feel right if you could see the enemy in war thunder at night.

Night maps would be so cool but with full moon, made the way so you can see something, you can put night in test flight and visibility is Very bad

I already have issues with spotting enemies in daytime. No thanks.

I am actually looking into potentially doing that because one of my drives that was dedicated to this game and mods died and I have to reinstall everything so I will figure out time soon to do that.

Honestly too it's not super difficult it's just making sure you downloaded everything.

@@mrnobody-gw1yy well the bat mod for the game has 4 sequential installs then after that IL-2 will create the folders then you just extract to the specific folders the other mods say to.

War Thunder, it's a video game even CZcams shows the cover of the game on PC if you hit the more tab on phone it shows up there too.

Im glad it is fake because watching the real footage is hard no matter which side, but man were they some brave men.
