Wonderful Wizard of Oz Cartoon Series
In Episode 6 of *The Wonderful Wizard of Oz* titled **"The Emerald City at Last,"** Dorothy and her friends finally arrive at the Emerald City, eager to meet the Wizard. The city is grand and dazzling, with everything tinted green. As they enter, they are greeted by the city's gatekeeper, who gives them green-tinted glasses to wear as they explore the city.
Dorothy, the Scarecrow, the Tin Man, and the Cowardly Lion each have personal reasons for meeting the Wizard. They believe he will grant their deepest wishes: Dorothy wants to return home to Kansas, the Scarecrow seeks a brain, the Tin Man desires a heart, and the Lion wishes for courage. They are led to the Wizard's palace, where they are told that the Wizard will see them one by one. However, the Wizard appears in different forms to each of them, such as a giant head, a beautiful woman, and a ball of fire. He agrees to grant their wishes, but only if they first help him by defeating the Wicked Witch of the West.
The episode ends with Dorothy and her friends setting out on a new mission to find and defeat the Witch, filled with a mix of hope and fear as they prepare for the dangerous journey ahead.
