This does work but u need to leave on for at least 2 hours, then use steel wol or similar, scrub well. Not like new but 95% better . I just did it on my very burnt baking dish .

Baking soda is the number one ingredient in oven cleaner. You should never use vinegar or any acid with baking soda. The acid will weaken the baking soda as a cleaning agent. If I were to make any changes to this, I would say use water instead of the vinegar, let it set for at least an hour (longer if able), and use a steel pot scrubber to clean off the bottom when you’re ready to do so. I have used baking soda to clean oven before and never had a problem getting the black off of them. Should work very well for this pot.

You missed out on two ingredients Coca-Cola and Apple cider vinegar I tried it and it works

of course it didn't work - basic chemistry would show that to anyone - those other videos have a very very very very light oxidation on the pans, and could almost be rubbed off with a dry paper towel - completely misleading

Try looking at some youtube posts about it. You will find that combining all the ingredients in n empty bottlead shaking well works best. But certainly not with your hands! Use a sccrubbibg sponge or something.

I've seen this hack a few times and they all have used the paper towel. And also it came totally clean so I don't think she left the paper towel on long enough maybe. I have not tried this , but I plan too.
