Both NanoE and Nano GLAY (the newer product) are genuine products since 2009 and 2019. Works very well especially on higher mileage or older engines. Just that its not widely promoted or advertised so a lot of people are skeptical about it, especially when it comes in a small package. When users continue to use after every 1 to 3 oil change, users will experience better mileage and better engine performance.

My dad gave me a pack of Nano energizer recently, I thought it was probably some nonsense snake oil. But I added it to my 2006 BMW 320d with 145,000 miles on the clock, I'm about 300 miles after adding it now and my MPG has got better by 5mpg and it pulls abit stronger and runs a little smoother. So yeah, it's a good product.

This sounds a lot like the claims originally made by Slick50. They claimed it would coat your engine with special nano particles for better gas mileage, blah blah blah I used that back in the late 80s/early90s in my Camaro Z28, it was a terrible product. Actually the car did run better for about the 1st 500-1k miles or so, then it started running like absolute crap and I had to change my oil ASAP. I wonder if there are any objective reviews or data on these products?
