Hi friends we are the Preciado party of 6 (that includes our two fur babies 🐶🐶) We live in Yuma Arizona in the sunny desert southwest!
Michelle Velez (mommy) is a mommy or two, stage 4 cancer survivor and former Las Vegas news anchor.
Alex (daddy) is a daddy of two, Doctor of Physical Therapy and former college baseball player. Alex was born and raised in Yuma AZ. and that is what brought our family back to Yuma!
We have Cruz and Isabel 👦🏻👩🏻 our two kiddos.. and Charlotte and Cooper 🐶🐶 our two Cavalier King Charles Spaniels!

How I created whimsical Wisteria trees out of paper for my daughter’s fairy forest room!

Our bi-weekly grocery haul turned into an embarrassing disaster after the kids have a meltdown from LACK OF SLEEP 😫 Mom had to call dad to come help - but he wasn’t much help. Walmart is out if a lot of items we need, and the kids have a WEINER argument in the hotdog aisle. Good times 👍🏼

Super cute! If you are having a bridal shower, baby shower or a Mothers day celebration that would be gorgeous. Very nicely done! I’m jealous myself. All she needs is a small chandelier. Although it might not work to well with the hanging wisteria. Some wisteria potpourri or the stuff that comes in the envelopes would make it smell like you’re walking among wisteria!
Great ideas! We are looking at chandeliers.. but it’s on a list of things to “splurge” on! Baby steps because groceries are insane right now 😩
Hi thank you! The three packs of 24 wisteria stems and the ivy vines were enough for all three trees! I still have a ton of the ivy left too and a few wisteria stems. I thought it wasn’t going to be enough so I ordered another pack of each color and I ended up returning them. So 3 of the 24 packs listed here are more than enough for one tree!

Well they say opposites attract. He seems to speak so sincere and informed about certain things and she is.just plain oh well.
Some of these SAHM need jobs. At home all day and just as unorganized and gets nothing done right. Maybe they need to get into an office scenario.

I've had 3 Cavaliers. None of them had the heart issue. All 3 went deaf though. Oldest was almost fifteen, and my middle one made it to 1 day before she turned 13. I still have one (also named Cooper) who just turned 8. Such a special breed of dog.

Are you going solar and tankless water heater?
Alex was insistent on a tankless water heater so we upgraded to one and it wasn’t cheap!! Like more that 2K for it.. but apparently well worth it. We’ve talked about solar.. maybe in the future but not right away. We’ll need to do landscaping after we move in.. so that’s the next big project!
