That would of been empty. That reach stacker wouldn't be able to lift a loaded 40FT RF - 5 high loaded at that range. Game of inches with a reachie - he should of lifted, set back and started to suck it in, as he lowered - to minimise the risk of lateral load onto the front. At that height, that 40ft would of easily toppled it with the way he reversed out. Personally, I would of lifted off, started to set back slowly, sucked it in and as I got clearly and back down to 2/3 high, started to turn slowly, while bringing it down; clear of the stack.

Full speed engine the control room didn't see properly my be because of drunk or ship go out of control.
