I understood that the hole inside the truck where the rigid structure skeleton is present, has to be made wider so that a spanner head fits in it to tighten the screwes from inside. My question is cant the spoiler be installed without making those wider wholes inside the trunk, i mean cant those screws (with a bit longer ones) be tighten directly on the rigid structure part of that trunk which gives the trunk that rigidness? No wide holes, just tighten it on the second metal rigid layer instead of tightening the screw on the top metal layer of the trunk. I am thinking that it will not warp the trunk metal because of the spoiler getting pulled up by air while driving if the screws are tightened on the rigid structure of the trunk. Please give advice on this matter as i am planning on installing a after market fiber spoiler on the trunk and just want to clear my doubts.
