Pretax money is deducted at the marginal rate. Taxes during withdrawal are taxed at the average rate. You can also move to reduce tax rates during withdrawal. There's no way to know the right option until you run the numbers!

This insurance (bank account) scam is all over the internet. Just generating huge commissions from the insurance companies for the promoters. Don't fall for it, use your money wisely, invest in quality stocks (not speculative), REIT's, AI driven Forex accounts (not human driven) and perhaps a little bit of P2P lending (on a reputable platform). That's it, that's all you need to do.

List what insurance instrument exactly and from which company are you referring in your example that pays 10% dividends on the principal while only charging 5% when you borrow. ie, my principal is $500,000. I borrow $300K against it, which index plus margin are insurance companies using to charge interest on the borrowed funds? I have to see actual numbers you provide to support your thesis.

Don't do infinite banking with a policy cash value. The problem with policy cash value is that, although you paid dearly for it, it doesn't belong to you. You don't get to keep it. The insurance company uses it to offset their costs when they pay the death benefit. There is an alternative secret strategy that allows you to truly take control of every aspect of the banking process. You can control how the capital is invested, how much to take as a "loan" (even up to 100%), how to repay the loans (even never), and how much interest to pay on loans (even 0%). The secret that your parents, much less whole life insurance salesmen, never told you is that instead of paying dearly to the insurance company to create the capital you use (a cash value in that case) you can fund your own savings or investment account and use that as your capital. Here is how and why I practice infinite banking with my own savings account at a high yield online bank: My bank (Ally) did not need a salesman to sell me my account. My bank, where I "store" my cash, does not charge any commissions. I "broke even" on day one, not year 7. My bank has no fees to sap the effective interest rate - currently 4.25%. At my bank, if I want some of my money I just request it and they give it to me. No fees. If they send me money from my account, there is no need to pay it back to my account, but I can if I want to - at 0% interest. If I don't pay it back, there are no compounding interest charges against my account. At my bank, if I want to close my account, they give me 100% of my funds. (No surrender fee.) At my bank, I earn taxable interest. That is because my account experiences real growth of money I can readily spend. At my bank, I will always have taxable interest income because I am able to pull out MORE than I put in. (The same could apply to cash value "infinite banks," but you're unlikely to ever pull out more than you put in.) At my bank, if I want a loan, I don't have to self fund it first or wait 20 years to build up a cash value. At my bank, loans are tax-free. (ALL loans everywhere are tax free!) At my bank, if I take out a loan, the maximum amount is not tied to some percentage of my savings account. At my bank, if I get a loan, my savings continue to earn interest unaffected by the loan. (WOW! Just like a cash value "infinite bank.") At my bank, if I die, the bank does not keep the funds in my account. My designated primary or secondary beneficiaries get ALL of it. (Ask your salesman what happens to your cash value.) My bank does not provide a death benefit. (OMG!) At my stage in life, I don't want or need one, and they don't make me pay for it either. (And if I did want life insurance, I'd buy a term policy.)

A perfect storm is brewing in the United States. Inflation, bank collapse, severe drought in the agricultural belt, recession, food shortages, diesel fuel and heating oil shortages, baby formula shortages, available automobile shortages and prices, the price of living place. It's all coming together and it could lead to a real disaster towards the end of this year (or sooner). With inflation currently at about 6%, my primary concern is how to maximize my savings/retirement fund of about $300k which has been sitting duck since forever with zero to no gains.

This guy has no idea how banks actually work. Banks don't take my deposit and lend it to another and make interest on it. That is silly. The bank lending you my deposit without my permission is illegal and it is called theft. Banks make money out of thin air. Your contract for a loan/credit is what finances your own debt. Once signed, a contract becomes promissory note which is under banking laws is treated as good as cash. They make an entry in their ledger for the amount of the contract and then lend it to you. Simply a credit swab ... They not only collect the amount you now owe plus interest back from you, but they sell the security (contract) in the international securities market. In addition, they would buy an insurance against the debt (betting against you) in hope you would default on the loan/credit (notice if you are current on your loan/credit, they lure you deeper into debt with an increase of limit). If you default on your debt for 90 days, the insurance kicks in, and they collect the amount again. Then they sell the debt you owe to a collection agency for a another cherry on the pie. Under separate note, the Federal Reserve is neither a federal agency nor does it have reserves. It is a private entity with share holders, and "governors", it is just named that way to deceive... If such a private entity can have all this power, then we the people are private too, and should be able to be private bankers as well. No one is above the law...

Bank is still the best because they can loan your lil savings as collateral to leverage loan value. Unlike with the insurance you can only loan the same savings you put in. Other good thing if you purchase a house the bank can refinance the amount you put in to that house where renters pay for the refi loan. I assure that the insurance policy dont want to get involve in refinancing a prop
