Jackie Bibby setting a world record of holding 13 rattlesnakes in his mouth at once. Performed at Rio Brazos Music Hall, Granbury TX. There was a film crew here from Animal Planet filming this for an upcoming episode of their show "Rattlesnake Republic". It's hard to see in the video but at the end after he drops them, he spits out a chunk of rattle that was in his mouth.

Storm that knocked out power for 4-5 hours when the wind blew down 9 utility poles near the intersection of Murphy Rd and 544. Also knocked down several sections of my fence and lots of neighbors fences along my street. But made for a great lightning show!

I feel bad that the railgun got shelved. First they stopped making ammo for it then say it's to expensive to operate due to wear and tear at the end of the rails. Then they decommissioned the only working ship and stopped production of the next 2 (?) sister ships that was supposed to be in service for the next two decades. Huge waste of money.

Interesting fact - The ship with the railgun USS Kidd is named after Isaac C Kidd a rear admiral who died in Pearl Harbor aboard USS Arizona, USS Kidd obviously exists and still serves today. RADM Kidd’s son and grandson Isaac C Kidd 2 & 3 both served with USN. Isaac C Kidd 2 graduated Naval Academy 12 days after his father died and Isaac C Kidd 3 was born 1 week after his grandfather died.
