This referee was NOT good at all! He alowed the British to LIC off side and ignored the high head hunting all game!

When Australia played a local side and Bradman thick edged one to the keeper the Ump said not out. Umpire told the bowler "they're here to see him bat not you bowl. On the other side of the coin this referee would say if asked about the penalty count "Mate, I have to live here"

The Leeds centre pair of Aussie's Andrew Ettingshausen and Mark McGaw would return to Headingley 4 years later as members of the 1990 Kangaroos. In that game McGaw played centre (alongside captain Mal Meninga) while ET was on the wing. And I agree with darrellcook6799 below. Thanks for uploading the games that you do 👍

As the Aussies say, that game was an absolute ripper, I think I need a lie down after watching that. Fair play to both sides for going at it.
