The court system is more abusive and intrusive than a man or woman. Separating kids from fathers that truly want to be there for his kids. Because mom doesn't want to co parent they just pass the kid off to the mother. They dont really care what the man has to say. You be in court for years and cant see your child because the mother makes accusations of abuse, but she is the perpetrator. And because in society, we have this idea that women don't do anything wrong, or how could she be this crazy woman. You have a hard time believing the men. Even when you have evidence they block or ignore the abusive behaviors of the mother. But she must be acting like that because you did something to her. Then you have the appeals court that is afraid to evaluate evidence, the conduct of the judges how they made the decisions that they made and a lot of times they overlooked statues and case law when its in favor of men. All of sudden, you dont see the proper protections that protects the mens rights to custody and control of his child.

So I was painted a DV Perpetrator by my lifelong abuser / mother. The situation came up when I confronted her with a few questions regarding sexual abuse, physical abuse along with straight up bullying and neglect from childhood til current day. I wish I could have seen your video. You posted 10 days before my estranged wife now filed false a domestic violence offense against me. I live in North Carolina. She went to file this domestic violence 6 days after she was granted her US citizenship. She was cheating on me almost 9 months before she filed for domestic violence. I got her in a park touching the face of her lover. I made a mistake because I didn't do anything. They continued cheating on me in my face. This woman is from Ukraine. I brought her to the USA. I taught her the American way. I spent a large amount of money and time. But I thought it was worth it. Please don't bring anyone to the USA. They will use you to come her and leave you. Alone and in love. Meanwhile, she will be with the man that she really likes. They will use the old trick that she was abused emotionally. My wife is evil. I never thought she would destroy my reputation and my record. In the end, she found things to hurt me emotionally. She was laughing that I was a short man. She was my girlfriend for 2 years and my wife for 5 years, and she never cared about my height.

She will someday see the manipulation. She already kind of sees it right now, but she stays in denial because her mom buys her love and favor. I have been wondering if giving up was the right way, right now. Because if I give up, the realized consequence of the betrayal from her mom will be so much more impactful. Reunification counseling with a California license therapist is a waste of time. These therapists have no training and narcissistic abuse, or parental alienation.

Its not just standard DV they make accusations about, last week I was accused by an unhinged neighbour because I didnt let her speak to my elderly mother as I didnt have time. Her response was to put in a false allegation I was beating up my own mother. Only yesterday I had adult protection at my door and of course they found no evidence of this. I have called in the police to make a claim about their lies. What do you suggest to pinpoint in court when trying or regain custody pertaining to the parental alienation? Courts don’t recognize PA specifically however some (like in my state -Virginia) will acknowledge “tort or tortious” laws UNDER the umbrella of the PA. I saw something in one of my support groups where someone posted to go for “malicious parent syndrome” instead of just outright PA due to PA definition is when the child will exhibit behaviors of not wanting a relationship w/the targeted parent pushing the away etc (when this is obviously not normal), so unlike PA the malicious parent syndrome supposedly focuses on the actual act of targeting the targeted parent. I finally lawyered up (I had to better my credit to take out a loan I’ll be paying off probably forever but I hired one with the loan $), so although this lawyer is good & works more so within family law, he doesn’t specialize in anything PA related, so I’ve been actually informing and educating HIM on all this the lore I research etc lol. I just want to MAKE SURE I don’t waste my $$ and FINALLY lawyer up and then end up LOSING AGAIN. I wanna make it to where the judge has NO CHOICE but to acknowledge what’s been going on and DOES SOMETHING about it without ANY of the courtroom BS.
