These would be the so-called “vegetable oils” or “plant oils” made from: Soybeans, Corn, Canola, Cottonseed, Rapeseed, Grape seed, Sunflower, Safflower, Rice bran etc. Instead of these deadly seed oils I would use: Pure Beef Tallow from grass fed cows. (Cold pressed / Unprocessed & Unmixed) Real butter (instead of margarine) made from unpasteurized grass fed cows milk from a local pure nature farmer who does NOT feed his cattle any corn or soy based cattle feed. I’d definitely check out a very informative presentation on this topic by Dr. Chris Knobbe (on CZcams). Titled: Seed Oil Excesses & Diseases of Civilization! A presentation on the most dangerous and damaging vegetable oils known to man! I’d also want to try a (Pharma-free) natural protocol for optimal gut health, like for example the GAPS Nutritional Protocol. I’d want to consult with a certified GAPS practitioner and/or a GAPS coach to help permanently restore my gut health through a GAPS Nutritional Protocol (from Dr. Natascha Campbell-McBride). GAPS = Gut and Psychology Syndrome / Gut and Physiology Syndrome The GAPS protocol implements proper nutrition, supplementation, detoxification and life-style changes for the treatment of many health conditions. Great video! in my case doesnt work :/ i think is for the currente versions, I am using @auth/fiirebase-adapter, next 14 and next auth 5, when I try to do the Google login, I received and error(5 NOT_FOUND) but If I remove the adapter, it works, idk why
