Joseph's massive Medellin to Mompox Motorcycle journey
MUSIC: Live in Montreal (album) - PATRICK HOLLAND. Listen at: open.spotify.com/album/1RbJlcv3tAUETrVuAqbfeS | HollandPatrick.com
My four night, five-day motorcycle trip from Medellin, Antioquia up to Mompox, Bolivar.
The first night I slept in Caucasia, Antioquia. Nights 2 and 3 were spent at La Casa Amarilla Hotel in Mompox, while the 4th night was spent at the infamous roadside hotel somewhere outside barrancabermeja. Just a terrible hotel, but it did the trick!

MUSIC: Sofware - Patrick Holland. Listen at open.spotify.com/artist/0dns940bo2pILe1Flk0WH3 | hollandpatrick.com/ So, I set out from my neighbourhood in south Medellin to San Pedro de los Milagros, high above Medellin in a flat area of land, which is rare around here. I probably made it to about 7 KM outside of San Pedro before I had to turn back to make it back to Medellin for 5 PM curfew. The ...

I rode the old Honda 150 up to the La Catedral barrio, basically the same area as my last video, but I didn't get the chance to visit La Catedral. Well, I was in for a real surprise here, folks! Watch on.
Motorcycling and hiking around Medellin, Colombia
zhlédnutí 90Před 3 lety
Folks! Here I am in Medellin Colombia, with my new Honda XR 150 motorcycle, exploring the hills above Sabaneta, a neighbourhood in the southern part of Medellin. I also include a hike I did in the hills above Laureles (another neighbourhood in Medellin) with the owner of a farm that I was considering buying. Sadly, I did not pull the trigger on the sale. Enjoy!
Hitchhiking to Puerto Varas: Best Airbnb stay ever in Chile
zhlédnutí 190Před 5 lety
Waking up near Puerto Octay at Jim's farm, I got a ride into town and hitchhiked a short distance towards Frutillar. From there I hopped on a bus towards beautiful Puerto Varas, flanked by Lago Llanquihue and the Osorno Volcano, that you can see in the distance. My Airbnb experience in Varas was pretty special! Hanging out with all kinda of dogs, horses, ducks and a really nice old retired couple.

July 2021 update: Well, it's been three years since I uploaded this video. I've received a lot of very nice commentary from you guys. I'm a bit embarrassed because, as you can see, I offered very little in the way of substance during my commentary lol. We can say this was a video where I was content just to let my thoughts wander. So, my bad on that one. Still, it seems like most of you guys en...

Joseph's Summer 2018 trip: Travelling URUGUAY || LA PALOMA Beachside village! In this episode I head to the lazy beachside town of La Paloma. I dish out some traveller knowledge on what to AVOID in guidebooks like Lonely Planet, then I hit up a nice bus ride to the coast. In La Paloma I'll explore the town and the beach and then chat up some rugged Uruguayan fisherman! I'll travel through the U...

JOSH ALLEN DRAFT LIVE REACTION: Bills Backers LA live react to pick
Bro...what a bore. Nothing but fences and farmland. Not a river, a waterfall, the top of a mountain, NOTHING. Geez... Could not stand watching the whole video, though I scrolled sideways the time bar to make sure it was all the same thing. Let alone spending more than 4 hours in an emptiness like that.
Loved your encounter with the beautiful doggo and cat! Such peaceful vibes. Always heard great things about Uruguay's countryside.
4:50 great music drop_usually youtube bgm is awful_this hits like a dream😶🌫 just look up natural detox for parasites & stay away from cats_go w/ wolf/dog
2:45 cat people dont understand theyve been possessed by the toxoplasma gondii parasite😼🦠 cats lay these parasites around to hypnotize/lure mice to catch_but also use it against their human owners😵💫 why would he purposely stop the video & record unreleated cats? he has the parasite in his head..he is ruled by cats😵💫 in extreme cases its the 'crazy cat lady syndrome'..house full of cats & wear clothes w/ cat pictures & post pics of cats etc😼
I am so fortunate to have visited Uruguay 4 times . It reminds me a little like how Florida was in the seventies .
As Uruguayan i can tell you there is not better alfajor then Sierras de Minas , I can drive for 2 hours just to get them every time that I visit my country from United States. Yummy 😋
They were lovely!

Walking is the best way to get to know a city. I first visited Montevideo when I was 18 yrs old and would walk around for hours on end. The most I did was 7hrs of non stop walking in one day. I gave The Rambla a go, which apparently is the longest promenade in the world at over 22 kms, but at some point had to head back inland. Hope to go back some day. Thanks for the vid. Cheers from downunder.
Oooo un gringou con cara de chupapingou x Montevideo 😵
If I ever move back to Uruguay (from Australia) Minas, Lavalleja is on my list.
You’re all fired
LOL what terrible fans
Why do they want Rosen over Allen,
Wow. They were so sad but look at him now. BEST IN THE NFL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Wrong lol.
Allen calou a todos! Go Allen, Go Bills!
well that didn’t age well
Oh really ?
They went from Happy to Disappointed in 0.2 seconds.
Bunch of Fuckin idiots lmao….. plz root for the dolphins. You all have zero idea about football in that toilet LA
Those guys must be choking on those 'Nos' right about now.
>2018 *le sigh*
Bet there happy now
They never new what josh allen would come too
It's true. I try to tell people that most of us legitimately did not know that Josh would grow into the type of QB he is today. If you did know then you're smarter than I am!
We're in the research phase of our intended move to Minas. So with each new video we watch, we gain more insight. We've become somewhat reliant upon them, because news in general is pretty thin, and non-existent in the specific. Our next plan is to subscribe to El Pais, as I understand the local rag in Minas doesn't do digital transmission.
13 seconds 😪
KC can say the same 😂
You get a generational QB and you guys react like that? Wow. There was talk back then he could have gone #1 to the Browns...
That aged really well. lol
It’s okay everyone. We’re here now, together. And that’s all that matters.
Where is rosen now😂 where is allen now😏
My Giants had a chance to pick this kid in this draft. But I suppose Barkley was more of a priority at the time. But these Bills fans here were obviously misinformed from their reactions. I'm sure they have their mouths shut now, after seeing this how this kid had proved these non-believers wrong.
Why are backpackers disliked around the world? Maybe ignoring private property signs?
Lol yes! In retrospect perhaps not the best move. Thanks for watching.
Thank the lord we didn’t draft josh Rosen.
San Isidro is in Lima.
The guy in the number 56 jersey would like to change his opinion.
Vivo a 35 k de minas con esto vuelvo a mirar los paisajes y la ciudad ya que hace 15 años que no voy
Tienes que volver un dia! Gracias para ver amigo.
15:47 That's cimarron uruguayo, super cute.
what do you expect they are from LA and dont know shit
1:21 imagine had these folks gotten their wish.
*shudders*
In an alternate universe, they did choose Rosen and continued their path of mediocrity.
Its so funny how the giants fans wanted Josh Allen but bills fans at the time didn't want Josh Allen what a coincidence
That’s really nice, Joey. Keep on being safe.
Thank you brother I appreciate it, glad you watched. Took forever to edit lol!
Beatiful country tthe city most nice is punta del este seaside atlantic ocean
I actually wanted Allen the previous draft but he didn't declare. Then I soured on him A LOT. I was mad for a whole 3 minutes before being hyped he was our guy.
Está mal el video déjate de joder
Love this
Thank you Biplap! I didn't offer much substance with my useless commentary 😂 but the landscape was definately awesome!
Nice video man , i love La Paloma , saludos bro.
Thank you Gustavo!
I stayed in Minas back in 2009 on a self drive holiday, such a relaxing place. After covid I hope to return. Thanks Joseph and the World for letting me relive my time there.
I'm very happy that my video could do that for you Charles, thank you for watching it! A self drive holiday around those parts sounds just about right.

The music went really well together with your video.Have been a few times to Montevideo and always found it a place to relax.
Wow thank you for the comment! Made my day!
Gotta love the fans, even when they are wrong lol
