@@modernart86 thanks brother much appreciated its definitely a fun hobby to get into it can get expensive but at the end if you love the hobby its worth it yes my defender gots so many upgrades now its a whole different beast it also is my oldest mini i have so ive messed around with it alot and i got it to a point were im happy with the way it looks now actually swaped the body twice i went from defender to the IR40 and now its rocking the jeep Cherokee body from injora i uploaded a couple of vids recently and some shorts on it check em out to see how different it looks now and thanks again for your support brother much appreciated 🤟

No i believe the are gonna be too big for the stock rims not because of the size but the way the stock rims are designed the back side is wider than the front side so i will fit the back side but will be too big for the front side so i recommend the dj crawler 68 mm 1.0 inch tires they will fit perfectly but you will have to stretch em a bit for them to sit in the rim gaps properly but once that is done it should be a perfect fit also those are very soft and maluable tires so stretching em over shouldn't be hard

Looks like I never hit the send button but anyways nice comparison with these two and with the different tires also.I knew from the start when these first came out the Rangy would be the best performer just by the way it’s set up with its lower slung body.👍🏼I’m inching to get out in the wild with my discovery.

@@ivanlara5815 ive seen dudes on their 1/10 scale rigs there are some large boulders there for sure its better suited for the minis imo tho and yes the disco is definitely and overlander compared to the range rover handling was very different between the two especially in the rocks

I filmed a comparison test between the two i should be posting that vid in the next day or two and we also swapped out the stock wheels/tires for a 1.0 inch with the smallest tires i have for a one inch wheel and re did the whole rock garden again just to see what difference it made from stock to 1.0 inch wheels/tires compared to the original wheels/tires big difference in the handling dept imo but one of em is way better on the rocks than the other im sure it wont be hard for you to guess brother also posted two shorts the one you just saw and the one with the disco check em out and see how they compare its alot better with the bigger wheels/tires on both ends but there is definitely a winner

@@JamesErrLJones i recommend using a lexan reamer to make the starting holes so you can screw in the O screws or find a very small hard pointy object to force the holes and then use those holes to screw in your O screws all the way down to were the bottom of the O part is touching your hood !! And then go from there and run your wires and make em nice n tight i also recommend fishing line if your dont want to use the wires because they are a bit of a pain to tighten up properly i recommend silver or gray colored braided fishing line or smoked out monofilament line as well

@@augustoalessi6828 no problem mate well these are gijoe classified series collection i buy these figures at my local Walmart or target i can also buy them through Amazon as well these are 6 inch action figures so even tho they are technically 1/12 scale as is the MN 82 LC79 the interior on the rc truck is off scale by alot so you need to remove the legs and hips from the figure they come off pretty easy you just grab the torso and hips and turn as you pull the torso side ways and the hips and legs should pop off after a few twists and your figure wont be broken just separated to put back together just heat up the torso and the hips and legs should snap back on easily for posing out of rc truck 🤟

Ok thanks, I'll try Target we don't have Walmart here. Too right about the interiors, definitely not to scale! This is my current project, a wpl c74 the driver is 6 inch and does fit but I had to remove accelerator brake and clutch pedals as well as cut bottom off and reposition the steering wheel.

Yeah those two are definitely the better looking ones and capable of the 4 especially the range rover its a much better crawler than the disco !! But everything else they do awesome

I may go ahead and get one. Heck, for the price, I dont think I could go wrong🤘

@@Elisplushies360woodierc most definitely woodie but i wouldn't recommend the high speed in the really soft sand they will bogg immediately lol from what i experienced while filming the video low speed is the way to go on the super soft sand with a little bit of steering servo assistance to get out of some sinking possibilities they are fun to watch while running in the super soft sand their so small they look like their in a dune somewhere hehe yeah the girls and I were just having a fun time at this point lol no filming rules to follow just have fun an do whatever basically hehe its their favorite time usually they dont have to listen to my filming directions lol !!!

Sometimes you just gotta let them go and do what they want with the rc’s. Looked like they were having fun.

@@Elisplushies360woodierc thanks woodie and ohh yeah do they look nice out there their extremely capable on the soft sand i was impressed lots if deep divs and holes on the soft sand it resembles the dunes for these little guys and i was really impressed how much torque they have for such a tiny motor as long as your in low speed on the sand they will just glide over it and spin their tires but without sinking we tried higgt speed and immediately they sunk in lol but over all great performances by both little rigs

@@squatcrew thanks brother it was here out in the oregon coast it was a fun day at the beach for sure these little dudes are extremely capable for their tiny size they do just as well or better in certain circumstances than my 1/18 scale rigs especially in the soft sand out here in the Oregon coast 🤟 i was impressed indeed

@@Elisplushies360woodierc no problem man anytime hope you get it to work right most people just tie em around the brush guard and they dont look right thats what the loop screws are for to make it look more legit also another way is with fishing line as well the silver or gray braided line looks great and easier to manage than the thin metal lines fyi

@@Elisplushies360woodierc yep they are very tiny lol but well figure something out they are super super nicely detailed i really like what fms did here well make a nice adventure video with em i decked em all out with accessories and stuff they look like real camel trophy trucks also i added the limb risers on the disco it looks awesome

How did you attach those cables.I was thinking solder and heat shrink to clean in up.

@@Elisplushies360woodierc i just went full old skool on em well first off you need a reamer then you gotta mark the tiny hole the little loops are gonna get screwed into and then very patiently and with alot of finger and hand strength press down as you turn the tiny hoop screw so it makes itself into the body trust me if done right it will be a nice clean screw in but marking the tiny hole with the reamer is key press down hard and get a deepish little hole started once you start screwing the hoop screws they will work their way in nicely as far as the wires i just hand tightened em as best i could and got em nice straight n tight you could soder them as well i just hand tied both ends and made as tight as possible

@@JuliusGol ohh yes i know that i changed one of my 4Ms to low range and yes it does perform great just decided to leave the high trails with trail gears to film trailing videos

@@NWrcadventuresyeah that makes sense, you loose a ton of wheelspeed with the low range gears which is not ideal for trail running. wish they came with a 2 speed gearbox like the FMS

@@JuliusGol yeah traxxas should of made that from the beginning to get ahead of the game but they slept and fms took advantage and did what should have been done a while ago

Thanks brother its not really an interrior its just a mock up i did to give a more scaleish look took out the two rear seats on my trx4 blazer and just put em into this one for now untill i actually find a full real interior for this model hopefully soon

@@Elisplushies360woodierc to be honest me either woodie both are awesome out on the trails its a tuff call im very impressed with the low range gears on the 4M but i still give the edge to the land cruiser with the two speed trans as great as the 4m is on the trails and rocks you need to swap gears to achieve that otherwise your punching the throttle to get it over obstacles brother 🤟

You should throw that injora purple motor in that trx4m.Gives it much more punch and more top end.I had it in my trx4m but went back to stock motor only because i only slow rock crawl on high grip surface and the stock motor allows better slow modulation for that.With your content you should be well over 1k subs.Must be some kind of secret as I’ve seen CZcams crawler channels triple or more in subs over night.Keep doing what your doing buddy.
