I will do a video on it. the main reason I started doing this diet was because of the mental health effects.. I trief it once in 2018,only 21 days but the depression lifted. I was working at a pizza shop at the time and couldn't resist. I blew it. I also had not hit rich bottom yet and thought that I could still eat pizza and make my fitness goals. On day 21i went back to the typical American diet.to regular eating Everything returned and I went back into the same patterns of eating to feel good and Feeling good only when I was eating. Never having enough focus to get anything done with my business treading water y week going nowhere. n-between I was panicking and totally unable to focus. I finally got some self esteem and wow l quite the job and started working for a master carpenter. That was hard but I noticed on the days i didn't eat much I felt better. Mentally better. So I started intermittent fasting. Life charging. But Everytime I ate after work I felt tired and I always overate. Plus at night would have crazy anxiety. Anyway I will get a video up..I hope you stay strong and go the path of the few. The many beloved the lies of the food industry. They will stay depressed get old get sick and die never reaching there goals.

Thanks so much for sharing, really enjoyed reading it. The suffering of being stuck and depressed despite trying for more in life led me to suicidality. At this point (day 17 like i mentioned) I’m definitely feeling significantly better and my self esteem/worth is improved. Thanks for the encouragement. I’ve always strived for growth and I’m so glad to have hit rock-fucking -bottom and to also have a foundational solution. Keep it up brother.

The cars are thicker and taller now in the front on modern cars. instead of trying to cut the Air like an arrow. Or dolphin The cars today are going through like a balloon or a whale or just a big wall... Look at modern trucks compared to the ones from the 80s.. The older trucks are Much better at reducing drag from the air ..Much better . Today's trucks have terrible arrow dynamics. I think I am doing a bad job of explaining.. Sorry.

It’s really a conspiracy to make the cars safer in a crash. 1980s truck have objectively worse aerodynamics than modern trucks and whales are very aerodynamic due to the tubercle effect.

I had a buddy too, he was mix, Rottweiler and Labrador, he was a giant kind and yet protective dog, too bad I can't ad a picture in here. Miss him so much too😢
