After crossing the destroyed Etowah River bridge during Sherman advance to Atlanta. He had Union Engineers stick built another rail road bridge close to those bridge piers. It took them four days and would probably take longer working with those bridge piers. Stick built was fast because that use every log cut from local forests, boards, fence posts, taken from homes and barns. They could build a structure that would support a train/locomotive pulling flat cars with horses, tack, rations for the troops, replacement weapons, field guns, mortars, ammo of all types and calibers, replacement troops, and newly formed regiments. The new rail road bridge was in need to supply Shermans Armies advance from the Etowah River on to Atlanta for the battles for the city. After Atlanta fell Hood sent French to disrupt supplies and capture the field works protecting Allatoona pass.

Interesting video. I am from N.Ireland but there are many incorrect facts/details in this video. Though our history here is very complex. Yes there are orange halls in the ROI. Though the OO was formed long before the state of NI was formed and it is called the Grand Orange Lodge of Ireland. OO is a very Irish institution. Donegal has one of the largest OO parades in Ireland. The IRA bombing of the fish shop on the Shankill which I can still hear the explosion to this day was not targeted because it was a "British business". It was targeted because upstairs was the loyalist UDA offices and they were trying to get Jonny Adair who was West Belfast Brigadier of the UDA/UFF.

Wow. This old guys memory seems quite impressive until you ask him some very pointed questions. You should ask him if Milteer was part of a team stalking JFK and MLK Jr which it seems he was from the recording of him describing how JFK would be killed. Was Milteer actually in Dealy Plaza when JFK was shot as US investigators in the 70's believed? Was he aware of the 8100 investigation before it started or could he just easily hear a bug or both? How profitable were the free drugs? Did the lie detector tests take place in the middle of the night and the investigation closed? Did he know the superior court judge who ordered the evidence to be destroyed? Why was the CI still hanging with them well after the investigation was closed? Probably doesn't remember or just a completely law abiding citizen doing what is right. Enquiring minds want to know.

Certain questions like this I had lined up to ask him, but especially for Milteer his memory got foggy! Once he said he didn’t have much memory of him, I moved on. He gave some interesting information on JFK later, which I have in audio recording only, indicating that the NSRP was suspected of some involvement through their Dallas office - even though I spoke to an author who claims they didn’t have a Dallas office. He then dismissed any involvement - but named some interesting people in town at the time. As far as the 8100 investigation, I didn’t want to press him too hard. I’m hoping to interview him or his supporters in the future and I’m worried about getting a bad reputation. I also live in Atlanta and am worried about making the wrong people upset.

I think Fields may have had a very foggy memory there, he claimed that he had an office in the back of the FPCC bookstore in Dallas - which supposedly didn’t exist as the FPCC wasn’t in Dallas… He joked that it was a very funny relationship, because Taber was a left-wing Jew and Fields was a political opponent - but Taber had written some articles on his behalf. Here’s a link to that short interview, I hope I’m not misremembering some of the facts! czcams.com/video/hbTkY-qXe30/video.html My questions don’t come off as ill-informed, do they? I might sound harsh here, but in my opinion every single Slav that sided with Nazis was a clueless traitor with no self-preservation instincts and it always backfired for them. Nazis would always turn back on them. Nazi Germany saw Slavs as human cattle that was meant to have their states and culture erased and people to be enslaved and exterminated. Their treatment of Czech and Polish intellectuals enough to prove that. Bandera in particular was a moron who was blinded by Nazism and torpedoed any pending attempts of polish-ukrainian reconciliation or proposals of giving Ukrainians in Poland greater autonomy by enacting terrorist attacks during the 30s and when Germany invaded, he was naive enough to believe that they'd accept his vision of Ukraine while he and his pals were seemingly oblivious to how Germans initially raped and murdered their way through Ukraine. I can believe that Vasov and Boyarsky were desperate to get rid of the Soviets, but Nazi rule would have been even grimmer for Russians. The only saving grace for ROA is that they didn't went commit any ustasha-level gruesome massacres as the one in Volhynia or Galicia
