I've enjoyed Jeff on Five Watt World but that didn't prepare me for how much I dug this. Wonderful stuff.

It's good but there are mostly a lot of wannabe Robben Ford licks. It's nice playing but not terribly original

Josh Smith is one of the greatest masters of blues guitar if not the best at all, but what about the people of Foligno - don't they know how to clap in Umbria. I thought they were warm blooded in Italy, but this audience seems icecold, or maybe non-existent.

Love Josh's playing.. Could listen all day..

That entrance doesn't have quite the same impact as say, Stevie Ray hitting the stage with Scuttle Buttin', does it ? Josh Smith is a fine guitarist, but he just doesn't create that electricity in the room . Blues is more than a pedalboard full of fancy gear and the quest for the perfect tone
