Try glycolic acid toner and lotion, salicylic acid and silicone gel, aloe gel can help too. There is products that can help improve scars over time.

I have a big scar on my face. It affected my confidence. I got this when I was a kid when the dog bite me. I want to remove it but I couldn't afford it and I'm not from america this will cost a lot. I'm from Philippines and I don't know if there is any doctor who could revision a scar.
Try posting a photo of your scar on realself.com board certified doctors can asses them and advise you on what steps to take. Also you can look for local doctors who specialize in dermatology and facial plastic surgery in your area with real self. Make sure you look through the reviews and qualifications of each doctor and make sure they are licensed and board certified. Being in the Philippines you are likely to find great medical care and maybe find someone who is willing to work with your financial situation with financing. Best of luck.

Wait 3-4 years, there is not procedure right now that will make your scar dissapear at 100%, there is lots of new procedures coming in next years like the Skin Gun with stem cells, so when they do scar revision then with the skin gun they will do your skin regenerate and not to scar.
