Uses of Isoqunoline and it's derivatives. 1. Papaverine is a vasodilator acts as smooth muscle relaxant used to treat many conditions that cause spasm of smooth muscles. 2. Emetine is a ipecac alkaloids used as both an antiprotozoal and to induce vomiting. 3. Narcotine is primarily used as antitussive (cough suppression) agent. 4. Quinapril is ace inhibitor used as a antihypertensive drug. Lower the high blood pressure, prevent from strokes & heart attack
Uses of quinoline and it's derivatives 1. Quinine used as alone or with other medication to treat malaria. 2. Quinidine is class firstA antiarrhythmic drugs used to treat or prevent many types of irregular heart beat. 3.4-aminoquinolines(antimalarial drugs) such as chloroquine, hydroxychloroquine, amodiaquine. 4. 8-aminoquinolines such as priaquine antimalarial drugs. 5. Norfloxacin is an antibiotic drug belong to fluroquinoline .
