Oh, I only understood your doubt now that I re-watched the video You know how we have super-heroes movies? That's basically it. Toshinori is an actor, and All Might is one of his most famous characters. So just how we have figurines of Spider-Man, Flash, etc, they have figurines of All Might, Hawks, Endeavor, and some of the most famous heroes on the anime. They obviously don't have figurines for all the heroes from the show, mostly because people like Aizawa, Present Mic, and even Midnight followed different careers at this universe.

All for One and the first user of One For All are siblings, so Shigaraki does call Deku his brother at the series, because Deku reminds All For One of his sibling. And Shigaraki, having All For One's memories, spoke through AFO's words. But they are not related. That's just a headcanon of some people from the fandom. And headcanon is not the same as canon.

Tenko Shimura is his birth name. Tomura Shigaraki is a name he gave himself, but is also his legal name because he changed his documents But he gets called by Tenko by Deku cause he thinks of it as a cute nickname, and it is also to show their intimacy

Is not that he doesn't like it Almost everyone in the LOV(e) has a nickname and are only called by it, the only reason he gets mad is because he wants to be called by his nickname, more because of the symbolism. "I am a member of LOV and I want people to know me as such" (He does kinda overreact, tho- But oh well)
