The location's name is a Grotto ( en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Grotto ); many Yaoguai in 'Journey to the West' are situated within Grottos--mountain caves--as their homes (the ones that don't live in rivers, anyway).

It seems like you fight the boss again later in the game and if you defeat it then you can not grab the 4th talisman and access that item

Ps5 players are at a HUGE disadvantage with dropped frames, lag input, glitches. This game is poorly optimized for ps5 I've never had any game on ps5 run this bad. It's really ridiculous and super hard to play this game especially at hard bosses it feels impossible. Game science scammed ps5 owners on this one.

DANG! I just realized there is a 4th boss here, too! After Daoist Mi, just keep going up the mountain and eventually, there will be a Keeper's Shrine and a steep staircase up and there you will take on Duskveil! Also, Daoist Mi asks you to get something for him before you throwdown. It's a random drop from the other Daoist baddies nearby. Sorry about that everyone!
