hi, im working on the shark rn but im still confused about the tail, does the 2x inv dec mean 2 single crochet then inv or 2 inv dec?

Loved this pattern, made it for my new baby niece. Only thing is the free pattern doesn’t explain how to do the eyes and nose at all, I’m an experience crocheter but never made amigurumi so was very confused. Had to follow other CZcams tutorials but the proportions weren’t the same. Very much appreciate the free pattern but just some feedback 😊
