My setup is because I wanted to Live stream from both ROV's at the same time.. So I'm feeding both signals into the YOBOX and going live from the Yolobox. To be honest, Ive only used the Qysea app to go live once, and that was when I first got it. But I knew I wanted to do more, which is why I got the Yolobox.. That said.. you should be able to go live from the app.

M2 was first to dive. We stirred up the particles. For the other ROVs

@CurtisDart yeah, but when you were piloting the m2 pro max on the way to the airplane, it was very clear and very little white particles. I did see a lot of white particles with the fifish e-go when you were going up and down and side to side on the airplane.

I only saw very little in the m2 pro max, but when you got to the star of the wing of the airplane, I did see lots of those white floating particles. So which underwater drone led lights are better

Depends on what you plan on using it for. If you're doing marine science the Expert is the way to go. If you want cool video and just pick up stuff off the bottom get the EVO .

@@CurtisDart How long does the battery last on average? I think if I want to take the drone on vacation I will have problems with the Expert at the airport, as it has 159 Wh. Are these 9000 mah enough for the Evo?

When you unlock the ROV motors, it does a quick calibration. thats what the spinning and twisting is all about. This is a good thing, except in your case. There is not really a setting in the app to turn that off. I would also advise not resting on the bottom. When you do start the motors, the sediment is sucked up thru the props. risking damage to the props or even worse the motors. Have you considered using the ROV to place maybe a gopro on the bottom ?

Thanks a lot again, Curtis. I have been using go pro atentamente the top and the last DJI action camera. The problem is that, sometimes one need to stay waiting for one or two hours: fifish gives you this time, no the other ones. My last idea is to prepare a type of platform with 8 to te10 soft lona nd with strings. What do you think? Just another quick questio: i have never used the virtual glasses or whatever it is. Is it just to choose them in the App, put the telephone inside and use them? I suppose you can go down, up left and right, isn’t it? Sorry but I can’t find good tutorials on this@@CurtisDart

@@paquitochocolatero6880 I haven't used the glasses either, but I do see a setting on the app to use them. So yes plug in the glasses and set it up on the app . As far as GoPro power. You can get external battery packs for longer life. But you would need to build a water proof housing for it . Unique challenge you have there. So it's gonna require a bit of out of the box thinking to resolve it.

I live in the Pacific Northwest. Our water is green, So I kept the color as is. Color is gonna depend on where yer diving. But setting white balance and exposure in the app will help with color correction in post.

I wouldn't say there is an advantage, and its not part of any recommendations from Qysea. But I don't see a disadvantage either. I will say I've been doing this for 4 years now, and only had one motor fail using my technique. And out of 4 ROV's that's not bad.

@@CurtisDart really suprised the tether reel doesn’t incorporate a level wind like fishing rod.. all I see in vids look like beginnings of a bird nest… lol

@@edgars00789 E-GO has 10k Lumen lights. As for handling, again its a different design. cant really compare. M2 Pro Max can dive deeper.

@CurtisDart but in the light, the m2 pro max is a little better. The depth of the m2 pro max is 150 meters

@@artemsem1586 2 completely different ROV's The Expert is a Marine Science ROV. Ment for stuff like aquaculture or underwater mapping. the EVO is for fun diving and finding stuff underwater... BIG Price difference.. they dont compare.

That is strange. Never had that happen to us. As far as our setup. We're using an iPad pro. And a tripletek android based tablet. So it might be because we're using different operating systems. I'm not sure if that would make a difference, but it's what we're doing, and we have never had any kinda drop out. Also. All my ROVs are different. That also might be where your issue is. Feel free to reach out to me on Facebook and we can try to work thru this issue for you..

@@CurtisDart Right now we dont have two ROV´s any longer 🥲 (It was just a lucky circumstance as mine had delivery delay and the shop where i ordered mine was giving me a "demo" model until mine got delivered, once it was we took the chance and did some dives together before sending it back :P ). I was using a Samsung Galaxy S21 Mobile phone and he was using a Ipad mini (not sure which exact model). But maybe at some point we will have two rovs again as im sure its not my last one 🤭

We have found several Phones.. Some wont turn on, others will. But most are password protected. So no way of finding the owner.

Those lights on the E-GO really made the difference.
