Iam the Operations Manager for Top Printers in Doha Qatar. We bought their machine Infinity 5070 . The service support is supposed to be provided by their appointed agent in UAE named Techni Machinery . The service is very very bad .The machine has been lying idle for the last one year and 3 months only waiting for service . We send the laser head to Italy for repair twice spending lot of money. We got it back by air freight and has been waiting for the 1 year and 2 months to get a service engineer to come from UAE to repair the machine . The SEI laser company also don't care . I have been following up many times but they don't care also .I regret I ever brought their machine
