By 1999, he earned his J.D. law degree, was a registered futures broker, soon started a hedge fund manager. Imagine, by 2000, he was trading for one of the planet's wealthiest families! In 2002, "CHP Asset Management" was born, co-founded with visionaries Charles W. Calomiris and Kevin Hassett. Exciting collaborations followed, including with original trading legend Curtis M. Faith.

Probably and I'm just forgetting about it been doing it for long time.
Lots of flashing red lights, higher rates as part of inflation are starting to bite - housing, sales declines at HD. Lowes, Target, Starbucks etc, auto loan delinquencies
