Helen take my time to keep listening to you cuz everything you say is discouraging you keep saying what's the hardest to do find another way to tell us that by letting us know we can still do it though people have ambition and we're strive to do it regardless of how hard it is

When you said that we might not be able to do it that was so discouraging that was terrible. Teach us how to do it and encourage us. Maybe something you feel that's hard then find a way to tell us that doesn't make it sound like we just can't do what we're seeking to do in terms of acquiring property. That was beyond unprofessional. Unwise. !!!!

I also wanted to say thank you! Everyone keeps telling me to pursue this prestigious university’s doctoral program, but a local school has the same doctorate for much less money and I’ve been leaning heavily towards it. Hearing you guys say “go for what you’re comfortable with” made all the difference to me. Thanks again 🙏🏽

you can get property from credit unions and banks for free, they have properties that they need to get off of their hands because they have problems reselling them from repo..Maybe willing to give them to 501c3 non profits..

Thanks to the guys involved in this video. Today in 2023, the work world going forward is more Fragile and uncertain. Today a university graduate MUST be able to create his or her OWN employment. Schools do not teach this, and THAT is what will matter more and more. Two, black men are a threat often times, wherever we show up, educated or not. Third, faced with very high student loan debt at very high interest rates, can overwhelm black borrowers, and can be even more hurtful when they find they are not guaranteed, or promised anything after graduation. Having said all that, these men have fulfilled the promise that their forefathers could only dream of. For that we ALL should celebrate.
