thank you very much for this video, it helped me to finally learn kipping ring dips, everything is very well explained, congratulations!.... do you have any suggestions to eliminate the friction between the arms and the tape? I already tried to create a distance between the rings and it didn't work (distance of 55cm) thank you very much for the instructions really helped me =)), hugs from Brazil.

Hinge at the hip and set up in a bent over/good morning position. Keep your back straight through the movement. Point the thumbs up at the top of each movement. Perform with no weight or with very light weights.
I teach frog stretch with femur at a right angle and drive the hips to the floor.
Intiate dip with hips not knees - on that side angle you are chasing the knees..
