In 2011 I was traveling to New Mexico with a intuitive friend who reminded me Penelope was now in Arizona and still teaching on a limited basis and why not investigate . I took her class on that trip and my life completely changed for the better. I was not sure I could learn this simple technique and quiet my Silicon Valley “speedy “mind. Well, shocker I did learn it and students brought their own animals to teach us live in her wonderful class. Wow. Our furry friends in our “soul to soul” connection really want us to know them and speak their truth. Her training tools and beautiful books teach us all so much about our Domestic and Wild Animal friends needs, desires and Spirits. Ms. Smith, you do beautiful, important work. I've read several of your books, and 25 years ago, I took a course from a well-known communicator who studied with you. You have done a great deal to raise awareness of humans' natural ability to telepathically communicate with non-human animals and other living beings. And for this I thank you. But I find it impossible to believe you are not aware that native peoples the world over have been telepathically communicating with animals since . . . forever. This is a spiritual practice that was not founded by anyone.

I had an elderly cat who was acting very out of character, not even like an old cat would. I invited an animal whisper over and got an amazing message from my grandfather (she was more than a pet medium). My cat was acting strangely because we had a very active ghost in my rental. I moved out. The ghost had been there for 50-100 years before I moved in, it was her territory. ❤ I’m excited for this mediumship skill and knowledge to be shared and learned. I hope I can be in on the next round.

How does the spread out payment work when the class starts so soon? I wish it was announced earlier so that people with few financial means have a bit more time to get the money together instead of having to pay $35 more... Dear Penelope Smith, thank you for doing this, I think this kind of holistic experiential teaching is what our current school system sidesteps in favour of textbook and lab learning that invests in the brain at the expense of the heart. This seems cliche but you need only look at Psychology programs that really should teach about the gestalt Self but actually are very intellectualized. Also side note, the fine framed calligraphy of the word Anima in the background, and maybe it's obvious but the An and Ni are phonetic go-tos embodying the feminine 女. 安 means peace/safeness, 妮 refers to female beings similar to the common word for Buddhist nun. The 曼 is written as part of the word for wholeness/fullness.

Took many courses with Penelope over the years. She is a stellar teacher/instructor/mentor. She has helped open the doorway for so many people, and is a phenomenalambassador for the animal and plant kingdom. I never tire of listening to her talks. Many consider herself the Mother of all animal communicators worldwide. I wholeheartedly agree with this title - well deserved. I highly recommend her books and other offerings. When Penelope remarked that sometimes animals have actually checked out of their bodies - that was a missed opportunity on Jim's part to ask about that. Where do their souls go in those instances, and how does the retrieval work, Penelope? If their soul has gone as far as to leave the body, this rescue work is extra important.

Very happy to see Penelop being interviewed! She's a true treasure. I saw her give a lecture 30 yrs ago and learned basics of animal communication; I've used it ever since with all my animals including when I worked saving wildlife. It has ALWAYS worked. I have a friend who studied with Penelope many years ago and for 21 yrs she's worked with my animals & myself and has NEVER been wrong when communicating with animals. Dear Penelope, I so fondly remember, in about 2000, my 12 year old nephew came from Colorado, especially to attend one of your courses in California. •He was the only child in a class full of adults. He enjoyed the class so much, all the exercises and practice. •A few days later, he met a dog with separation anxiety, and he said, with such conviction, “Howard, be your own dog.” •We heard back from our friends that it was a turning point for Howard, and he didn’t have separation anxiety anymore. •I think it is all the same thing, the increased confidence he found in your class, the confidence he modeled when he talked to Howard, and the confidence that Howard found in himself. •It is a very good thing for children to be encouraged to Have their deep connections with animals, instead of being talked out of them. •What a wonderful transformation you describe, from a time when children would often hide their animal connections from others, to a time now where children can come together in a group to openly share and enhance their animal connections. That’s the way it’s supposed to be! •And what happened to my nephew? He grew up to be a rocket scientist, like his grandfather. ☺️ I believe the increased confidence he gained in your animal communication class stayed with him as he grew. And what a beautiful thing, for a scientist to have the heart of an animal communicator. •It is so wonderful that these classes are now available to children. How much more whole they will be, for their inherent awareness of animals to be encouraged and nourished, to flourish.
