Probably need to figure out why the child is bored especially if it happens all the time. Although my child never acted up and left the classroom I was told countless times on how boring it was , the work was way to easy for him and he would often finish before everyone else. School district itself was good at accommodating situations like that but some of the teachers did not abide by those standards.

I’m only 23 but “kids these days” REALLY are different! My teachers from 2005-2018 would’ve said ok go to the principals office then or I’ll give them a call and they’ll come here. No student would’ve just left class… that’s crazy.

Yeah their "digging for tea" is actually digging for enough information in order to decide if they need to contact authorities. I sadly had to do this with a 12 year old of the course of a VBS at my church i was volunteering at. Sadder was the fact that although this was a horrible situation, i couldn't do anything as i would have been a 3-party source. (The kid was safe now, her family is not)

One time I told my teacher my dad had a huge weiner. 🙃💀 They had held a home made sausage competition at his job and the ones he made were oversized and I had no other words to describe this. 🤣 My teacher was a close family friend and told my mom what I said and they still make fun of me for it to this day

My daughter once was late for school….for some lame reason I don’t remember. And she told her teacher her mom and dad were having problems when asked why she was late. 😑 I told my daughter that means we were fighting and she said she knew that but she didn’t want to be asked any more questions. 👌🏻👍🏻OKAY.
