Renault 5 GT Turbo UK Cup Car at Snetterton
After 15yrs in storage the original Harlow Motorsport R5 GT Turbo Coupe Cup car was taken to Snetterton in Norfolk for a shake down. Unfortunately the car had a mis-fire at the top end that will mean the carb needs refurbishing.
It'll be back out in the Spring of 2022 so please check back then for another video of her running 100% and without the camera vibration noise as well, sorry!!

Great fun back then, working for radbourne racing, we ran Dave Cox and Gavin Green mostly. Occasionally ran Andrew Ridgeley (Wham) who crashed my car alot, but a great guy, and Rowan Atkinson, who was quick and could have been right at the front if he had managed to race more regularly. Barrie Williams and Bill Mcgovern were the more established (semi pro) drivers at the time.

That road is two way traffic I've been up and down it a lot of times and it can be dangerous
Is that Baron Von Grumble on the GS by any chance? Fantastic road. A couple of friends and I did this road as part of a 2 week trip.
Hi Chris, thanks for the comment, you're right, it's an amazing road to ride.. it's so good we're off to do it again later this year! Re BVG, sorry to disappoint but I'm afraid it's not, anyway he'd have only got a ticket for speeding! 😉

So this is my first ever video.... would love to hear your comments with regards to camera position - Is it too high? Is the Go Pro 'SuperView' give a good perspective? Oh, and I'll be working on the audio!
