Learning things is a skill. The more you practice it, the better you become at it. However, every lesson starts from a baseline of knowledge. The closer that baseline is to your destination, the shorter the distance you will have to travel to get there. That's why it is easier to learn things, that are related to things you already know. You don't have to travel as far to get to your goal. So if you want to gauge how hard it is to learn something new, you should consider those two factors.

People making content make it seem like it's easy or a fast track into tech.
May have been “easier” a year and half ago but never the less it takes work and investment. Could be worth the return if you feel it’s for you. I just like to caution folks.

There sales career after a year and investing in course career.. We only can keep upscaling and not get hired so much.. Upscaling your knowledge is not free.. IMO.
Hey, thank you for your questions. Concerning my passion for sales in the current market, I would say that my passion has probably increased, but that would be due to me having the opportunity to advance in my career so the upside for me, brings a level of excitement. Concerning why it seems like people are not continuing past a year, I do not follow this closely, but a couple of factors that I would imagine would be one, this career is not the easiest so some may feel not for them after experiencing it. And sometimes people may be lead to other financial opportunities through their network, coaching, content, creation, etc.. For me, it is my personal objective to go further in this specific career as opposed to turning my attention heavily towards something else right now and I believe I am capable of doing it. Really great questions, though. We create our videos with an intention to look to give people an accurate view of what it is really like. And concerning learning through CourseCareers, there are multiple ways you can learn about the industry. It is just up to your approach, CZcams videos, reaching out to people on LinkedIn, CourseCareers or one of many other courses that are actually out there .

Don't take a rejection as a reflection of your skills. Some companies will reject you for the most trivial and ridiculous reasons. Especially when they have an endless pool of candidates, which is the current employment situation we are in right now; many more candidates than jobs.
Yes for sure, many qualified candidates. Being able to learn an art of articulating value alignment in an interview means a lot, and even then it course no guarantee.
Humbling? This job market is legitimately killing people, you can't eat hopes and dreams.
For sure. A dream without a plan often remains where it is, and even then there are no guarantees. Going the extra step in preparing for the role means a lot now. Hard to see folks struggling.
Last year and this year humbled me. My advice hold on to your job as much as possible (unless it’s mentally/physically/spiritually killing you. Rough is not even the word for this job market.
But what I am learning after being unemployed and when I couldn’t stand my last job was the more jobs I applied for, the more pessimistic about life I became. How is it I’m inquiring about a job or jobs and hear noone back? How is it I applied for a dozen of jobs and not hearing back from anyone? Not too long ago, I applied for two jobs and I got rejected and I’m like “whaaat? “why?” And it’s those types of jobs where you genuinely feel like you have a chance. I’m done feeling like this. This can lead to dangerous thinking. Knock on wood, now I’m employed, I won’t be applying for jobs for a long time.

Still batch applying, but I also stopped caring.
Oh I does the batch. I do strategic applying as well but I batch. Want to know something interesting? The company that hired me, I “easy” applied through LinkedIn and never reached out to the company outside of the application. They reached out to interview me, I went through the rounds and that was that. . . Now on the other note, I strategically went after employees for a different company and stumbled upon the guy who mentored me in the interviewing process. . . I guess the moral of the story is, do both.
