    reported extreme safety issues, dozens of times..damp etc, health etc, flooding, boiler repair the never gets finneshed, replys allway away now..and never reply, bot, racists, see rioting today......and most days recently

      @@OrbitHousingGroup yes it's all well and good having these policies but they need applying to your staff who victimise tenants. I've never been more hatefully spoken to than by your 0800 staff and I'm basically that guy on the bench, nervous and anxious. Shame on you. Read your Google reviews, says it all.

    Interesting. Very good use of "nudge theory" by Orbit since 2016. Housing officers are now called "property managers". Orbit no longer has housing association anywhere in its name or on its website you're just now "Orbit" a bit like "Foxtons" estate agents. I've never seen or had my concerns adressed by my "property manager". Why did you stop calling them housing officers ? Nudge theory I guess, just like getting rid of housing association from the name and in-person access to all the offices in favour of the awful 0800 call centre

    "Customers" used to be "Tenants". They're more likely to get involved if they aren't insulted and actively attacked by Orbit staff. Orbit have successfully completed their transformation into Foxtons estate agency and they make far, far more money selling new 400-500k homes, than servicing old council housing stock they acquired. I see in less than 3 years the number of staff on executive pay grades (>60k) has doubled from 16 to 32, and the wage bill of those has tripled in 3 years £1.8m > £4.5m 👍
