You never mentioned what cementing company whose red RCM mixing head belonged to. (Lots of 2cd and 3rd tier cementing companies pay homage to Halliburton, by copying the red paint, which makes sense since most were started by EX-Halliburton employees) Other than the water/slurry manifolding below the dry cement entry, it appears to be a RCM 1 (or copy thereof) The all-time best mixing head was the Axial-Flo, expensive to repair, as the water orifices eroded, but absolutely unbeatable for mixing high density slurries.
