Teacha! I got a question(s)! 😅😊 What one's have first process of green tea? (Fixing) Also what one has most gallocatechin gallate? (GCG) AND Y?? Whats in the process that gives GCG, and lastly what one has MOST health benefits? 🤔 Im on a quest! To find top healthies type of tea in each 6! Finding out most GCG and EGCG. Ik matcha has more so I cross out green tea, as it just got that and more! You see.. I like my tisanas a lot with so much other tastes from fruits, flowers, ect, so my shelf um.. too small 😅 I wanna see, or should I say TASTE the most healthies and see if I like, if not then 2nd best from each 6. My reasoning I dig so deep tho is.. Well I have health issues, mentally and physically, so I rather natural way to be healthy, not just from my diet, but drinks too!.. One of my mental health illnesses is OCD/Obsessive.. Compulsive?.. Disorder.. and Perfectionalism.. With that said! Im so sorry to bother!
Hi, my dear friend, I totally understand your concern. Let me reply to one by one. 1. The first step of processing green tea is to pluck leaves actually, then there comes Spreading for Cooling(摊青）, and after that, it is the step of Fixing（杀青）, which inactivates the enzymes, and stops oxidization, as a result, there remains a high concentration of tea polyphenols, including GCG and EGCG. However, the concentration of TPs(tea polyphenols) depends on tea specials too, for example, Yunnan's large-leaf tea species(Camellia sinensis var. assamica) . 2. Regarding the health benefits, all the 6 types are good for them and have their own specifically effective ones. You should choose the right tea based on your healthy conditions and body constitutions as well. 3. If you have situations with diet, OCD/Obsessive, compulsive, disorder, or perfectionism, that's the problem of being humans, don't worry, we can adjust them according to drinking the right tea, doing some sports, and trying tea meditation every day too.
