got them few weeks ago, before i had china tires. michelin: better tire compound, deeper grooves. china: cheaper But both tires has same huge flaw, thread is not fully mirrored, these tires should not only have outside marking but also left or right side marking on them. but all tires are actually made for left side and that was deeeeeeply disapointing by michelin😢 next year il look for continental or goodyear.

Why downgrade the tires?
After driving my 140i the G20 320i felt incredible in terms of torsional rigidity, turn in, response of the chassis and handling overall. Fun fact, the B48 in the 320 gains around 60kw with a tune as they are massively detuned to make the 330i sales not lacking.
The issues are the missing knobs. You will have a collision by the time you turned the AC on.
Should it work with a 120i F21 2016 with M pack?
I've been looking on the web and it's a little confusing to know if it's really compatible with my specific model
There are intakes available for that model. My advice. Get the engine code or your vin and check with the company prior to purchase, check with zero offset, southern BM. If it is non turbo you won't get any spool noise but it may help increase a bit of intake noise hopefully. But for the cost of it. It maybe a little disappointing if it isn't turbo.

@LamannaGarage I was able to source a hardtop with paint match. I am running into a wall finding the rear mounting brackets. I am seeing another $1000USD for the two brackets. Any ideas on mounting the top without breaking the bank, again?

@@LamannaGarage it depends, but the max is 160 on the highway, but the tires are sporty and have a maximum speed of 300 kmh, I don't know whether to send a complaint, the tires are 3 years old and the 5-year warranty is on Goodyear

@@xsavier7984 It's cornering quickly that'll do this. Going fast in a straight line, especially at half their max rated speed won't do this. Might be worth complaining.

@@LamannaGarage and right after leaving the previous comment and day 2 of owning Z3 my convertible top has some leaks although appears to be in a decent shape. I’ve seen the A pillar fixes and new trim kits guess I will have to learn to figure it out. Lol 😂

I will try and get wheel specs for ya mate! But the rear could definitely be a bit wider. The z3 can fit a crazy rear wheel
I got the same result of bad droning when I first put the MF X-piped muffler in my 01 z3 2.5i, it was horrible. But interestingly, after I slapped an upgrade kit on my DISA valve, cleaned the intake parts out a bit, and fixed all the small vacuum leaks, the drone is miraculously reduced about 90%! All it left now is a blood-pumping muscle car-like exhaust sound and low-pitch pops here n there🎉
Hmm that's interesting! I have now installed the stock muffler back on haha. I just couldn't handle it especially with the roof down!
