Doesn't actually spin like the advert shows. stays in place. you can move it to what side you want it to float on though.
If you don’t get a full rotation it’ll be because the surface its on isn’t flat :) Try a levelling the surface or the base and it should give a full rotation when level
absolutely grande. just have to make one from all kinds of dice
Now how do i put it back together i figured out how to take it apart that was easy now how to build it?
Put it back together and give it a shake, that’ll reseat the pins into the locked position :)

That was the goal! 😁 It's been a load more work than we expected but we're super happy with the outcome, especially for a first version. We've got more ideas on the way too!

Do they come with any type of warranty? And does the base or dice lose magnetism over time?
For sure. Everything we make and sell comes with a money back guarentee. For Ascendice, we're looking at a 2+ year warrenty currently, we'll be finalising that soon.

Don't bother, they are increasingly overpriced, and little over designed as well.
Hey Jennifer! Appreciated the comment and the honest feedback :) Unfortunately, precision magnetic levitation technology isn't cheap. To make Ascendice, we’ve had to completely reinvent the dice making process. We have created a totally unique pouring and centring process, this is because of the challenge of setting a high grade Neodymium Core in the centre every die. We need it absolutely centred to ensure perfect balance while keeping the dice beautiful with a completely jointless surface. The base system also uses over 100 electronic parts, each of which come in a variety of qualities. Cheap components would be unstable and burn out quickly. We’re using only the best quality components because we want Ascendice to do it’s magic for as long as you keep playing!

Is there a way to re-orient the chains? Your video shows the chain line with the 'hole' in the center, yet mine is one of the outside links. My link with the dimple is the other outside link. I'm a DM, so IDC for spoilers. This is for my group and I want to make sure it is at least solvable before handing it to them

How do you change the passwords on these
Once you open the puzzle, there are a pair of screws which can be removed, then each barrel can be set individually to create your passcode :)
