As someone ob their last leg of their 20’s and is veey much ready to be flirty thirty; I can tell you eveeything you are feeling is normal. What you’re going through right now is called unlearning. Your frontal lobe just fully developed and everything to this point in life has been projected on to you. Now is the time for rediscovering who you are as you said. You got this! Our 30’s will be glorious because we did the work in our twenties! The only time when people get stuck is when they avoid the inner work then delays happen. Anything that seems normal is now unconventional & so on. Lean into it. I suggest continuing with online communities that focus on healing and any free hobbies classes to help you stay present. What the tea on the skin routine??
The simpler the better. I use CeraVe with Salicylic acid, Paula’s choice toner, and any moisturizer. I used to do way too much. Also eating Sea Moss every morning has changed the game in helping my skin glow!

I love that coffee machine OMG I hate when I do my coffee wrong and have to change cupssss I love hardcover books because they look so cute, are so easy to clean and so much easier to read in but are so much heavier to carry around, more expensive that paper back and harder to store because they are usually bigger. Honestly I just read on the books app, it's the only way for me to finish a book and can read it anywhere with my phone so I can use my time so much better, but also don't because i just read all day. That way i don't have to make room for storage and can help the planet a little, plus they are so much cheaper and for a college student I'll take anything less expensive and can download and book I want to read. I think you'll make me try matcha for the first time

I didn’t like it the first couple of times but eventually it grew on me and now I love it!
