In this episode, I've spoken to Patricia Manley - a mum of two and a very successful businesswoman.
When I started observing her on Instagram, I was a bit intimidated by the fact that she seems to have it all sorted out. But the truth is - she's been through a lot and struggles just like all of us do every day. Patricia has been working really hard to get where she is at the moment and never looked back at the choices she has made. One thing is for sure - she knows what she wants and has found her way of balancing what she wants from life and what her family needs. She thrives thanks to her well-organised working days, early morning routines, exercise, and a healthy relationship with food.
I was super curious so I asked her to tell me what her typical (EXTREMELY BUSY) day looks like and it inspired me to be more organised myself. She also agreed to reveal one secret - the thing that she had to sacrifice in order to live her current life. It was quite surprising! Listen to the episode to find out what it is!
