Welcome to my channel. I upload railway videos from the places I travel to. There are many new locations planned to visit and upload here so please subscribe for the latest videos. So far, I have uploaded videos of Australian, Chinese, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Vietnamese and Russian railways with plans to visit Armenia, Canada, Croatia, Egypt, Israel (again), Georgia, Turkey over the next couple of years, depending on the travel situation with COVID-19.

A day out on the Mornington Railway, a preservation group that operates heritage trains on a section of the Morning branchline that used to connect to Baxter on the Stony Point Line. What kind of whistle is this?
It's a Chinese Short-Bell 5 chime. Interestingly enough, the whistles China's steam locomotives used during their lengthy heyday bore a resemblance to the Star Brass/Desert 5 Chime whistles the UP and SP (Merged into Union Pacific during 1996) railroads here in America used, the main difference being they used the piston valve technology.
