Hello my Theravada Brothers. Be better listeners. Use the conscious choice to convert, anger to compassion, greed to gratitude, and ignorance to wisdom. Basic ideas such as, it is better to share food then to steal, can help with regret. Not Buddhism but helpful(, 5 Ps), plan, prepare, practice, preform and profit. 5 dangerous attitudes, antiauthority, impulsivity, invulnerability, macho and resignation. It is all easier said then done but meditation has helped in the past. It is not religion but seems to work better if you just want to be good and make good actions. Focus and try to make things better step by step. Note: as teachers use Explanation, Demonstration, and Practical Application as a foundation. Millions of buddhas is the goal of Siddhartha. Welcome.

All contaminated containments (Dhamma) in the interior of a system lead to fearful sufferings. That is why the Buddha said in the Dhamma Chakkapavaththaṇa Suthra that: "Yaṅ Kiñchi Samudaya Dhammaṅ, Sabbaṅthaṅ Nirodha Dhammanthi" The existing position of the interior of Ãyasmatho Koṅḍagñña is fairly empty or void now, and it maintains that situation effortlessly by itself by discarding {Nirodha} all {Sabbaṅthaṅ} escalating {Samudaya} containments {Dhammaṅ} as and when {'Yaṅ Kiñchi} they arrive. The strategy utilized to prevent the consequences of such containments {Dhammaṅ} is allowing them to come and go freely, instead of responding immediately positively or negatively to them, then and there as did in the past. According to the teachings of the Buddha we are performing all activates by looking at the outward rather the inward According to the teachings of the Buddha, therefore, our observations are fictitious & fake not on the reality & the Nobel truth. According to the teachings of the Buddha, the person leading the life with fake & fictitious views is a blind & low-level lunatic According to the teachings of the Buddha, it is worthless to have an eye if I see all fake, bogus, forge figurines from the sources of the world According to the teachings of the Buddha, it is worthless to have ears if I hear all fake, bogus, forge sounds from the sources of the world According to the teachings of the Buddha, it is worthless to have a nose if I detect all fake, bogus, forge smells from the sources of the world According to the teachings of the Buddha, it is worthless to have a tongue if I perceive all fake, bogus, forge tastes from the sources of the world According to the teachings of the Buddha, it is worthless to have a physical body if I perceive all fake, bogus, forge contacts from the sources of the world According to the teachings of the Buddha, it is worthless to have a physical brain if I experience various speeds leads to vibrations, compression, burnings, ill-will, hatred, etc., within According to the teachings of the Buddha, if a person living the life by repetitively promoting unwholesome defilements such as hatred, anger, ill-will, conceit, etc., then unfortunately the next birth of that person would be pretty awful and cruel and may become a cruel animal who is in a position to carry out such unwholesome defilements.
