Heh, thanks! I had the day off and really wanted to be one of the first to complete this Masterwork Research. The Masterball gives me the incentive to use my Daily Incense everyday and go for a walk in the mornings. I might not even use the MB on a G-Bird but, just having it.. gives me the opportunity. But yeaaa, I'm usually pretty casual however this Research made me put in 7+ hours on the first day 😅🤗

Well... you see this is the Original song by *Twisted Sister* 20 years before the SpongeBob Movie! Lol. So SpongeBob sampled ^^ their song to make Goofy Goober 🤪 haha. It's a very iconic song... so it's used in movie, shows, and even video game cut scenes 🙂

Yeaaa, it's definitely a Masterwork Research for sure lol! There have been worse but, the grind for a casual player to catch 1400 pokemon might take awhile! 🥲 over time it'll get done... just got to focus on the throws you'll need; 100 Great Curveball Throws and the 50 excellent. You'll get it. Just play like you do and you'll easily chip away at it 🙂

... it takes a while to get a Shundo! Hell, some people with over 200,000 + catches don't have one. However your non Shiny streak I'm so sorry! That's a long time to go without a shiny! Have you been consistently playing or what?

It's a very unique and cool color pattern (Seviper). Good luck! And hopefully, you'll get a 3 star shiny Heatmor instead of just a regular one and complete 2 birds with 1 stone 😀🤗

It's one of my better hatch events, lol. Riolu only got 2, maybe 3 shinies and Varoom, I got 2 (on the day it came out). Still missing the Shiny Sandile 😔

Thanks! That was actually from the first batch of eggs! I was debating to just end there but decided to attempt for a shundo. Oh, well. Now I have a couple of extra shinies to trade for potential Shlundo. 😀😅

Hey, thanks for the comment! Please check out my GBL videos as well... I would love to see Shadow Zapdos in action. I personally have never seen one in Master League. If you watch some of my GBL videos let me know what you think. I'm sitting at 1900 and could use some tips on how to get to 2000. Every time I get to about 1900, I always fall back down to 1700... 🤷🥲

Thanks for the comment, and I hope others see it... it's pretty much what I was saying in my video. *Situational* That's why my first comment was, what kind of player are you!? If you don't PvP, then it doesn't really matter purify for the Hundo! I live in a big city, so 15+ people fighting a 5* as you said, well, I can come in with mediocre pokemon, and the group will take it down, no problem. I also mentioned there's only about 30 to 50 pokemon, probably less, that are actually good as a shadow. If people would take the time to learn to just learn, which of these pokemon should stay shadow... our forums wouldn't be flooded with the never-ending question *Should I purify*!? Another reason why I stated, try it out as a shadow, and see how well it does. (Of course, it won't do well if not properly teamed up with the right pokemon). So rather than ask *Should* I Purify... ask who can I use with this pokemon to increase my odds of winning a pvp battle. We could go on and on with that subject so I'll leave it at that. Lol. Hopefully my next video will be about a handful of the top shadow pokemon for pvp and good pairings.

if you start to use shadows in pvp then you will be more likely to fight other trainers with shadows. In Raids shadows can be good, for example you got a hundo charizard mega, a shadow charizard will be better than a second normal charizard even if hundo. I just like that all of them look like they smoked a blunt really lol. The increase in attack is good. There is a video that says shadows can be cheaper to power up because they are stronger at lower levels, like a lvl 35 can be comparable in strength to a lvl 45 or 50 in some cases. its very interesting. I started by filling my ranks with Lucky pokemon. Shadow Machamp is a beast. I got a hundo shadow snorlax, no point in purifying it.

First couple of questions: 1. What level are you? 2. Are you sure you are tapping new pokestop in-game? (Not in niantic wayfarer) 3. Do you have a Niantic Wayfarer account?

After looking at pvpoke, some hundos are actually better than their shadows. Then again, it's situational... a Hundo Shadow Groudon vs. a really good water type hundo... pretty sure the water type will win that fight. I love the idea of niche shadows but, as you specifically said limited metas. Would a Shadow Blaziken do well in Great League or better in Master? Who do I match him up with... what team does Shadow Lugia match up well with? I mean.. only 6 shadows are ranked in top 30 for Master League but, my luck I always get matched with my counters haha 😄

I mean is Shadow or non Shadow Dragonite better 🤷 according to pvpoke Non Shadow ranks higher... so who do you believe? Experience or stats... it's always situational. Can't see a Shadow Dragonite winning against a team of fairy or ice type moves... and for pve dragon is only strong vs dragon so I'd rather use a Shadow Mamoswine in pve than a Shadow Dragonite ... or am I missing something!? Lol

They all would be hundos

As he said... these would all be hundos if purified. Some are better for pvp and others pve. I've just never seen a Shadow Lugia in PvP and anytime I see a Shadow Dragonite I demolish it everytime. I usually win my battles when going up against Shadow pokemon.

@@ZtRedPoGoPhx I miss heard I then, thought u said the lugia would be lmao. But from what I’ve heard lugia is a were is one ; unlike other Pokemon where the shadows are better I do think normal lugia ranks higher then the shadow one. And lugia isn’t an Amazon raid attacker either as there’s much better options for dragon and psychic, so I’d say purify it

@@MUCHTHRE3 maybe, maybe not, once mega Mewtwo comes to game they are definitely going to re-release Mewtwo in raids so it gives a definitive chance to get Mewtwo again for a chance to get a hundo or even a shundo, very unlikely but it is possible

Yeap, I completely agree. I don't think Blastoise and Shadow Lugia have much benefit as being shadow... there's way better water pokemon to use in both GBL and for PVE. So I'm thinking purify Blastoise, Foongus, and Lugia. The others definitely stay Shadow! Thanks for response and advice 😊

They're just better in pve, not in pvp. So if the pokemon is useless for pve it may be worth purifying if it makes it better in the battle league or simply to raise its level and make it cheaper to level up or to turn it into a hundo as a trophy/flex. Or ofc if the shadow is pretty useless, but it has a mega that is useful.

As I agree with the *Purify if it has a Mega* some Shadow Pokemon just don't have any benefits in PvE or PvP. Examples: Foongus, Blastoise, and Lugia all are pretty low when it comes to both PvP and PvE. OFC I'm definitely not purifying Garchomp and Blaziken as I already have a 98% Blaziken and a Hundo Garchomp. My biggest dilemma was Lugia and Dratini as neither of them from personal experience I see used (as Shadow in PvE or PvP). So thanks for responses and advice. 😊

You don't have a Tapu LeLe at all, or you don't have the shiny? You should be able to remote raid for one... or, as you can see from my video, maybe start ranking up in GBL. I'm not sure if it's just me or the odds really have increased this season. 🤔

Awhhh... you'll get there! Took me months if not a year before I got my first one. (That's only because I was only fighting a leader/grunt or raid once or twice a week) you got to really focus your attention on Shiny Shadow checking if you want one 🫣😬
