How wide was this garage? Is this model been replaced by the PL-12000?
Hello Randall, Not sure. He had more room from the left side. the right side the columns were 3 feet from the wall, but also he didn't have a tall ceiling, only 4 feet from the top of the lift to the ceiling.
Looks like an expensive task..to fix...my old school Rotary lift is got one moving part. One seal, i requde it from a shop that been closed over 35 yrs..being torn down..i tested it before it was removed..went up , held psi .over night..now back in service in my home garage.. I restored it ..fully hydraulic..with new piping..a 1967.FP 46 H mark 5 ..model. Is old , but was in excellent shape no water table saved it..old school lifts are more reliable..in my mind..

Hello, This is for a commercial store so they use the lift all day long, I believe the lift is 20 years old and after the repair was successfully completed, Once the cylinders are rebuilt is recommended to replace hydraulic hoses as well because it is complex to access to it since this is the old Rotary design, the new designs are easy to fix. I don't know previous records about if this was the first time rebuilding the cylinders.

@redheadzz Backyard Buddy was sold, another company bought them so a lot things has changed. after covid and during covid, companies couldn't keep their original colors since some supplies were not available and cost.
