Just installed a catch can (minus the breather) on my 2014 veloster re: flex. I put it in the same position and routed the lines in the same spot. After watching multiple how to videos yours was the best and most informative. On another note that cold air intake is the sickest looking one I've seen and may have to upgrade to that. Big thanks👍👍

Hi, I just wanted to say thx for this video. I just added my oil catch can today by going off of your video. When I added the little breather filter it whistled really loud like a very high pitch whistle. I had to take it off and plug it. Did this Happen to you ? Not sure why mine whistle very loud. Can hear it from inside the car while driving.

I've watched a ton of these videos, and noticed every single one it chips. I finally went ahead and did it myself and sure enough it chipped a little. I'm thinking if you're uncomfortable with chips being on the inside drill from the inside out. Where you start drilling will always be smoother.

Sould have drilled the holes for the returns closer to the ends and run a sump with a return pump and a 3/4" check valve on the return of the pump to a t and 2 return back to the tank. Much simpler and allows for more expansion of equipment latter on down the road.

Hey, I think you put the second set of rubber nitrile washers in the wrong place, they need to be between the tank and the external box. Seems like a fun project. If you ever have a lot of leaks this is why. I have the eshops small and had this issue the way you put them on.

i'm a year late, but a little correction, that hose doesn't go to your exhaust, that's actually your intake. the vacuum from the intake pulls from the pcv valve. you installed it correctly, but that's the whole reason for the catch can, because it goes into your intake to be reburned and that causes the carbon buildup.

Nice video, that tube that goes into the exhaust, did you change the hose? Like make it longer? So it would attach to the out side hose of the oil catch can? How’s the catch can working?

IMHO you need to position the holes based on the desired height of the internal wier box. You set the hole position based on the top of the external box butted up to the bottom of the frame (with the box lid on), that it why the inside box was higher then you wanted. You Got Lucky! Depending on the tank Mfg your inside box may not have fit at all. Check all parts position BEFORE you drill.

How does this look filled? You see the water line?

For anybody looking into this Treadmill after 1.5 years of light use (3/4 days a week with months off in between) the motor controller board failed. So I wouldn’t recommend, it has always been indoors and I’m only 94kg.

Just bought this griddle. After a lot of research of griddles, this is by far the best quality for the value. These grills are made by Nexgrill. My price point was $300 to $1000 and I’ve looked at Blackstone, Camp Chef, Pit Boss, Victory, Nexgrill & Grilla. Sooo happy with my decision. Oh and by the way, those chains are matchstick holders.

Yes a clamp or painters tape works great also for holding it in place!

Yeah. I didn't know the wire was so thin on that model!! I got a figi cube overflow but I am worried because it didn't quite install right and the other box hits the black trim and the wire ended up being g too low so I'm thinking I may just buy a different overflow and hope it fits better.

What brand of tank is I have a 75 gallon frome petco that I want to drill

you don't have coral or inverts just put half of the recommend dose of a copper medication like Cupramine after a month use CupriSrob both made by Seachem. after all that maybe have a clear plastic basket with holes for storing vegetables in the refrigerator to grow some sort of macro algae like caulerpa on top secured with waterproof magnets. will take out ammonia, nitrites, & phosphorus. plus you can feed some of algae to the tangs
