Is this a real preparedness scenario?
I’ll be making a series, focusing on SHTF; and what we can do in the way of preparedness. I will discuss money, preparations, tools, food, family, and community relations. It is time, for us to face a new reality.

A huge thanks to Knipex tools for sending me their Tubix 7 1/4" tubing cutter. This thing is beefy!!! With wider rollers, and a stout design… It WILL CUT! Here's a quick video, showing in real time; how long it takes me to cut through thicker walled mild steel tubing. You be the judge.. Does it live up to it's claims? Are you making these miter saw mistakes??
I live in South Texas and just found out there is a whole slab of concrete about four feet under my whole five acre property. I have no idea what used to be here before, but it sucks. I had to dig about fifteen holes because my wife and I went on a tree buying spree. I used nothing but a regular shovel, but it took ages... Now I have to build a fence for my goats and chickens, and this is gonna be helpful...
Great video, is this the 10 or the 12"?
pain the the you know what? bro, try talking like a man will ya. Say ass.
Are those bacon wrapped frogs!?!?
Your using it wrong
@@2Cberry2 thank you for your comment.
pff, you us the tool backwards..
I was just doing this yesterday. I need one of these bars with the tamper end like you got. BUT ... I am just going to wait till I get a backhoe! Then I will use a sonotube and back fill after I dig. I am 59 and have a bad back!
ah yes, the perfectly round hole of an auger, and some sad act pretending thek know how to swing the wrong tool at another wrong tool... making the person look like a tool in the process....
Knipex are made so well that there is no wrong direction!!!
I still don't understand. How about showing me in west texas how this is done? lmao..
yep can confirmed they fixed the new model uses a ball retainer thing
Whats the real name of that Big Bertha tool? Need one asap!
@@thelazyhandyman look up San Angelo Bar.
@@ryanpinkham6784 thanks dude
I bought an auger with intention of building a rig so I can operate it without having to manhandle it (tried it once and don't want to do that again, almost ripped my arm off) but recently got land cleared and realized my land is very rocky. So think I will need to take another approach. I think for most of my structures I'm just going to lay them flat on the ground. Probably won't get much frost heave anyway. But for things like fence posts I will need to find a way to fasten them properly so that will be tricky.
Yessir. Sounds about right. You can also use a demo hammer, to break up rough soil.
How does the Klein compare to the Milwaukee.
I haven’t tried it out, to be able to say.
I just got this thing and loved the concept. I used it for 2 hours of pulling tiny little clips off and the ball or clip flew out onto the weld shop floor never to be seen again. Very disappointing. Got from amazon so i dont believe the will warranty it. The chinese build quality really showed here.
Did you verify that it is in fact a genuine Milwaukee product? There are a lot of ripoffs on there.
Good lord that took a lot of effort. Smh😂
I am holding my own right now.
I needed a pipe cutter for stainless steel, I found the knipex cutter but wanted to confirm it actually cuts it well. Nice video
I’m so glad that I was able to help you in your decision.
Thanks, Captain...
Can I have yours?🥺🥺
I once longed for a table saw. Now, I have more woodworking tools; than I had ever expected.
That seemed to take longer than needed to. Since you are just replacing it just cut it
Thanks for your contribution.
Mine did the same thing the 1st time I used it...
Milwaukee Tools, has since revised the retention mechanism. Much better… So far.
Your Lower Part is not Secured tighten the Vise more..
i just bought this bag through their spring promotion and got the sb-ld free.
Some guys like to screw backwards🤷♂️
Aw I literally just saw a short right before this where the smallest one literally scratched the living stuffing out of a few fittings. I think it really depends on the fitting metal comp. They do make plastic and rubber grips for both the wrench and the standard so neither would mar.
Wrong direction. Amatuer hour
Thanks for this video!!!
The 3d printed inserts are nice to carry fewer pieces but more varieties of stuff
This is true.
Fr dude you just have to accept it’s gonna suck and take a while😂
Absolutely. I think that the problem these days. We’ve been conditioned to think in fast mode.
@ryanpinkham6784 fr thought I'd be done with a hole in 25 maybe 40 minutes about the same as in the video but just not deep down but along like a trench and man it took almost an hour and a half to dig
Bought one two weeks ago in the UK and it failed as you describe in the first day!
😳 my word!!!
Bro.. you’re messing with the keyboard plumbers by intentionally using the pliers backwards😂
🤷🏼♂️🤣
In all honesty. Sometimes, you don’t have space to use the pliers in the “correct direction.” Any plumber would know, that optimum setups; are not always the case.
should be muscle memory...@@ryanpinkham6784
I got one second hand and not only was the spring gone but the bit was missing so I just took a 1’ Philips and I small piece of electrical tape and just made a new one but now it’s a 5-in-1
It still gets the job done 👏🏻
Your videos are amazing! If you like farming or harvesting videos, I look forward to having you visit my channel to have relaxing moments together!
They don't "lock onto the shoulder" when you're using them backwards. Hope you learned something
They have a revision of the 1505, putting a retention ball bearing on the bit socket. Available at Home Depot system wide.
Count the amount of turns
Marker works just as well, tape measure works better, but most can’t read one
Most can’t use a marker correctly either.
Sadly, the skills gap is progressing.
What is the spike called?
Digging bar.
I don’t know what was going on there, but as an ex plumber, it hurt me 🤕
You used the plier ok incorrect way. Video shows you are tighting up the screw. Turn it left for loosing down. Turn it right for tighting up.
If you are using grinder wrench, you shouldnt use grinders
🤣🤣🤣🤣
Just got a pair of these pliers and they are awesome for what they are and money spent . I found them a little pricey but certainly worth it to get. I also heard that certain tools made in Germany 🇩🇪 are really good tools (although pricey) but good tools.
Absolutely!
having KYB for 5th year with 50k on it, no problem at all
I don’t remember having issues with them, on another vehicle.
First off, you should have noticed the worn tire about 6 months ago. Ya must only drive at night. LOL 😮
Thanks for the comment. Have a great one.
A blown shock has nothing to do with the worn out parts or crappy alignment that is causing your tire wear. The only wear pattern a blown or missing shock can make is cupping.
Thank you for your comment.
Are these aftermarket shocks?😊
Yessir.
@ryanpinkham6784 wow they are original equipment on some new cars. I guess quality control is optional.
What other damage did it do? Ball joints, and tie rod ends need replacing. 🤦🏼♂️🤦🏼♂️🤦🏼♂️
Are you sure that’s not why the shock blew out early? Changing part with other suspension issues will just cause premature failure. It seems more likely that the ball joints or tie rods were shot and the shock blew out because of it which caused a failure of the third part in the suspension. All these parts rely on each other to do multiple things.
A bitter memories of last week job
I heard that!
Saved three by repeatedly charging, finally getting full charge. Their are other methods, too.
I gave mine a few months break. Suddenly, working correctly again🤷🏼♂️
