My ancestors from 100 years ago to the 1500s maybe even farther back are from Donegal-- Meghera. My 5th Great Grand mothers name was Anastice Magher from 1740. In the early 70s, when I used to drink beer, I traveled around England where the pubs closed at 10pm or so. Then I went over to Ireland where I think they had the same closing time, but they didn't follow that rule. I remember being upset about this. :-)

Outstanding music. Here in the US, we have lots of love and appreciation for Irish culture. Half of us mutts have Irish ancestry. I don't. I love the music and cluture.
