One of my absolute favorite movies! Downright criminal it hasn't seen a proper DVD release. As a life long Dukes Of Hazzard fan the connection to the TV show alone makes it something special but more than that imo at least there's something special about this film. On the surface it's a great low budget southern car chase flick but there's something genuine and authentic about it, the characters and story have more depth. It's a movie made by southerners for southerners.

I’m 56 and loved the Dukes as a kid. Just started watching it again on DVD as an adult. I plan to watch the entire series. Just finished the 9th episode tonight. I’m loving it!

I’m a black man and this show was everything to me in my childhood I had the toys and everything. I use to think the confederate flag on top of ole general Lee was so cool looking. It wasn’t until I got to about 14 that I realized how the flag was so divisive. Either way I loved that show it was Dukes of Hazard and Knight Rider
