I initialize my ps4 but still took me to the safe mode screen

On my son's ps4 pro we got the message to install a USB device. I pressed O like you did to go back and the game turned off like yours. I pressed and held power button and got the first beep, kept holding for second beep and the console turned off. What can I do? Please somebody help, this kid is driving me fu@king nuts!😅
