For the base I recommend white cardboard because the paper is very fragile so I don’t recommend paper also you can use gift warping tubes for the stick

Idk but just tape the papers together. Then after just cut the tape wt some scissors maybe...
I’ve made paper hobbyhorses before, they’re super fragile so I don’t reccomend jumping with them.
They are but I just use a lot of tape to enforce them and they jump just fine! (You do have to to have a strong stick though, cardboard doesn’t work it just breaks)❤❤❤

For me I just used 3 paper towels cardboard things and hot glued them together 💀 but you do whatever you feel with the paper tube
