No I haven't. I wanted to get away from ETMs all together. This machine has proven itself to be way more reliable even with this breakdown.

This machine weighs about 150 pounds but they do make machines half this size. It may not be prospector brand. I seen them at TCS in Georgia

Just cleaning. If I remember correctly it did remove some of the old sealer but it will not completely strip the floor

I normally have to wait 25 to 30 mins then about an hour after the last coat before I walk on it.

.60 per square feet is what I charge so this job was around $2700. 3 of us stripped it because I was busy at the time and needed to knock it out fast. 2 of us waxed it the next day. This job could have easily been done in one day.

I charge by the square footage. Price per square foot will depend on your area. It ranges from .60 to 2 dollars a sf. It comes down to how much people are willing to pay and how much profit you need to make.

Check the quick connects to make sure they are connected. Sometimes when new they can be a little harder to connect. Be sure to connect the solution line before you turn on the water pump.

I havent. On this job it wouldn't be worth the trouble as you would have to run 2-150ft extension cords from the generator outside to the machine. Its whole lot easier to just use their power.

Yes it has a built in circuit locator. I didnt know this when I made the video

I like this newer model way better than the last. Bigger tank, built in circuit locator, different pump, and its more quiet

All I know is that they are safe for pets after the cleaning is done. Any pet should not be walking around on the carpet while you are cleaning.

It's normal for it drop on the pressure gauge while using it. Just so the flow is consistent, you are ok

They are 50ft 12 gauge. You can use longer cords but over 50ft you need a heavier duty cord to carry the amperage. Yes you need 2 separate grounds and circuits. One plug on the machine pulls around 15 amps and the other around 19.5 amps. Usually commercial building like these are set up with 20 amp circuits.

Yes. Just the machine pulls near 40 amps. Then add in the turbo heater. You can suck up some watts pretty quickly

I had some issues with mine. Sometimes the pump out wouldn't kick on. Also had trouble with the filter getting clogged too easy. You can use a sock filter but it only holds so much.

Yes anything else that is left can be mopped up. Just keep an eye on the water to make sure it does get too contaminated with stripper.

Let me tell you how I handle it when I need water so fast 😂 I tape a trash bag on the tap and turn on the water ...

You can cover the base boards if you feel it is necessary. We never do. On the wax drying, I prefer for it dry on it's on so not to stir up any dust. Always have some fans just in case.
